First of all, I want to thank everyone, from individual citizens to states, who help Ukrainians defend their country. By helping Ukraine, you help avoid future wars in Europe. If Putin seizes Ukraine, he will have to provide for the citizens of not only his own country, but also the residents of the captured territories. And since all enterprises will be destroyed (Russians do not know how to fight without total destruction), the only way out for him will be to send people to fight, and it does not matter against whom
To be honest, Russia started the war against Ukraine in February 2014. It all started with the occupation and annexation of Crimea. And in April 2014, the war moved to the territory of the Ukrainian Donbass. But then the war was hybrid, when the troops of the occupying country acted under the cover of groups of local collaborators. The full-scale invasion began in February 2022.
All the time, Russia was spreading a rumor about itself that it had the 2nd army in the world. In Ukraine, something went wrong for this army. Russian propagandists convinced from TV screens that Ukraine would be captured in three days. But three years of the “three-day war” have already passed, and Ukraine is still fighting.
Every day, cities across Ukraine are under attack. Kamikaze drones, ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, guided bombs or long-range artillery shells fly in. Some cities were completely destroyed.
The enemy is hitting civilian homes, schools, hospitals, power plants.

But despite all this, Ukraine is not giving up. Electricity goes out, Ukrainians start gasoline generators. When the alarm sounds, schoolchildren continue to study in underground shelters. Ukrainians are rebuilding their homes and infrastructure and continue to live with faith in victory. Everyone here understands that if the Russians lay down their weapons, the war will end, but if the Ukrainians lay down their weapons, Ukraine will end.
Every Ukrainian believes in victory. But faith alone is not enough. That is why the entire population has rallied to support the army and refugees from the occupied territories. Critical infrastructure destroyed by the Russians is being restored as quickly as possible.
